I was following the FSP since it's early days but i understand it went nowhere. In any case, you have to be successful in non-free systems in order to gather the resources to be able to viably move anywhere or live there so it's not as real option for many or most who need that option.

A significant percentage of the NH state house reps are people who moved to New Hampshire explicitly to make it more free. The New Hampshire Liberty Alliance publishes politician ratings and makes bill recommendations to legislators as well, it's one of the best-organized liberty advocacy orgs in the country.

They're making change in New Hampshire, and that change is building slowly but cumulatively, neighbor by neighbor, bill by bill. As of recent years the porcupines are seeing direct opposition from members of the Granite State Progress, which is a group of authoritarian leftists. Good enemies to have, IMO, and naturally, "and then they fight you" comes after your insignificance, but before your victory, so I take that to be a great sign of the *actual* progress they're making.
